Sizing may vary depending on the style and fit.
To help you find the right size, you will find individual size and fit information on our product pages, including relevant measurements and details on how each style is intended to fit.
If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us. We will be happy to advise you personally.
How accurate are the colors shown online?
We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your screen and device settings.
We therefore cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the product in person.

How can I pay?
The payment methods currently available are displayed during checkout.
Depending on your country and market, the available payment methods may vary. You will be able to review the available options before completing your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Your shipping address does not have to be the same as your billing address.
For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel stations.
When will I receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Some products are individually made to order. Delivery times for made-to-order products may be up to 6 weeks after receipt of payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and shipping method selected.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.
How long do I have to return an item?
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period by means of a clear statement, for example by email:

Can I return a made-to-order item?
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the customer, or to goods that are clearly personalised.
This may apply to individually configured or personalised made-to-order products.

Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service when returning your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
How will I receive my refund?
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
