WHAT'S MY SIZE?
Sizes may vary by style and fit. To help you choose the right size, on the product pages for each model you will find an individual size chart with the most important measurements (chest measurement, length, sleeve length…) and additionally a few key points on size & fit, to inform you about how the style fits and whether it is smaller or larger than the clothing size.
HOW TRUE ARE YOUR COLORS?
Colors play a sensible part in fashion and we try to display them as real as possible. However, each monitor is different. We cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will match the original 100%. If you are not sure which color to choose, please contact us!
WHY CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
By registering, you can:
- track the status of your order and view your purchases.
- save your address and credit card details to make shopping easier.

All you need to do is click on REGISTER, enter your name and email address, choose a personal password and confirm it.
IS MY DATA SAFE?
We use SSL to ensure secure shopping. This encrypts and protects the data that you transmit via the Internet.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can choose among the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD.
- PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be forwarded to PayPal. Once the required data has been entered you will be returned to our shop to complete the order.
- SOFORT ÜBERWEISUNG (Immediate bank transfer). Selecting this method of payment, you will be forwarded to Sofort Überweisung.
WHERE CAN I SHIP TO?
Your order can be shipped almost anywhere. Your shipping address does not have to match your billing address – we deliver to your hotels or wherever you are. However, for security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or packing stations.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. If in rare cases an item of your order should be out of stock, we will contact you immediately. UPS Standard within the EU usually takes 3 – 4 business days.

UPS Standard (1 - 4 business days): free
UPS Express (1 – 2 business days): € 20.00
UPS Standard (1 - 4 business days): € 15.00
UPS Express (1 – 2 business days): € 35.00
Other EU countries:
UPS Standard (1- 4 business days): € 25.00
UPS Express: individually calculated upon request
Standard (2 – 4 working days): € 35.00
Express (1 – 2 working days): € 45.00
We ship via freight forwarders to Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Please add € 45.00 for an export handling fee for orders over € 1.000.
USA, Canada, Australia:
UPS Express: € 85.00
Shipments to non-EU countries may require the payment of duties, taxes and fees. Please contact your local authorities for details.
TIME FRAMES FOR RETURNS?
You can return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt.

Once we have received the goods, they will be checked and the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 15 days using the payment method used when purchasing.
In case you have chosen a shipping option different from STANDARD, no shipping refund will be made.
