We hope that you love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchases within 14 days of receipt.

Customised items like our bespoke cashmere (Triangolo) cannot be returned

Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid shipping labels. We kindly suggest getting in touch with us before your purchase if you are hesitant about a certain style or your right size. We are eager to help.

This is how you do it:

STEP 1

Please send your corresponding revocation (withdrawal form) within 14 days of receipt.

STEP 2

Return the items in their original packaging with a carrier of your choice to Antonia Zander, making sure to use insured shipping with a tracking number:

Refunds

Once we have received the items, they will be checked and the purchase price, including the initial shipping costs, will be refunded within 15 days using the payment method used with your purchase.

In case you have chosen a shipping option different from STANDARD, no shipping refund will be made.

• We kindly ask you to understand that all items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
• Customised items cannot be returned.
• Return shipments must be paid at own expense and must be sent as insured package with a tracking number
