We ship worldwide.
Shipping Times
Ready-to-ship items
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Made-to-order items
Some products are individually made to order (e.g. Ponchigurator).
Delivery time for made-to-order items is up to 6 weeks after receipt of payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and shipping method selected.
Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Countries)
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the customer, or to goods that are clearly personalised.
This may apply, in particular, to individually configured or personalised made-to-order products.

Please handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the amount refunded, in accordance with applicable law.

We recommend sending returns using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
