WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Antonia Zander, Wörthstraße 18a, 81667 Munich, Tel. +49 89 44454703, orders@antoniazander.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Note on the Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed, to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for which the selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
