1. Scope of Application & Contractual Partner
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) through the online shop www.antoniazander.com.
1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

1.4 Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed in text form.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the button provided to place a binding order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
2.3 After the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. Unless expressly stated otherwise in that email, this confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer.
2.4 The contract is concluded when Antonia Zander expressly accepts the order by email or dispatches the ordered goods.
3. Contract Language & Contract Text
3.1 The contract may be concluded in German or English.
3.2 The customer can review and correct the information entered before submitting the order using the correction options provided during the checkout process.
3.3 The order details and these Terms can be saved or printed by the customer before submitting the order. Following completion of the order, the customer will receive the relevant order information by email.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs & Customs
4.1 All prices displayed in the online shop are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable.
4.2 Any applicable shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
4.3 For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes and/or other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer directly to the competent customs or tax authorities.
5. Payment
5.1 The payment methods currently available for the respective order are displayed during checkout.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery & Availability
6.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer during checkout.
6.2 Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.
6.3 Certain products are individually made to order. The delivery time for made-to-order items may be up to 6 weeks after receipt of payment.
6.4 If an ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable, the customer will be informed without undue delay. Any payments already received for the unavailable product will be refunded.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Antonia Zander until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
8.2 Detailed information regarding the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period, the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.
8.3 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and the production of which is governed by an individual choice of, or decision by, the consumer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
8.4 This statutory exception may apply, in particular, to individually configured or personalised products.
9. Returns & Return Costs
9.1 Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the provisions set out in our Right of Withdrawal information apply.
9.2 The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, provided that the customer has been duly informed of this obligation.
9.3 The above provisions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. Statutory Rights in the Event of Defects
The customer is entitled to the statutory rights in respect of defects in accordance with the applicable provisions of German law.
11. Liability
11.1 Antonia Zander shall be liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.
11.2 In cases of slight negligence, Antonia Zander shall only be liable for breaches of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on which the customer may regularly rely. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
11.3 Any mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
12. Consumer Dispute Resolution
Antonia Zander is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
13.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
13.2 If the customer is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, this choice of law shall not deprive the customer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
