Information regarding the online despute resolution

Due to the EU Regulation no. 524/2013, an interactive website for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes was provided. Via this online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, it is possible to settle disputes arising from online transactions out of court. Direct access to the ODR platform of the EU Commission can be found under the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Up from February 15, 2016 all functions of the ODR platform are available.
